Roles and permissions
The following roles can export labels:
Anyone with manager or contributor permissions for the selected labels.
Labels can be exported from Hyperproof to a CSV file or XLSX (Excel) file.
From the left menu, select Labels.
Select the checkboxes next to the labels you want to export.
To select all, select the All checkbox in the upper-left corner of the grid.
Click Export.
Select one of the following options:
Export labels (CSV) - Exports the selected labels to a CSV file. Note that the export doesn't include any linked proof. Includes Name, Description, Programs, Controls, Proof count, Members, Freshness, Created, and Updated.
Export labels (XLSX) - Exports the selected labels to an Excel file. Note that the export doesn't include any linked proof. Includes Name, Description, Maps to programs, Maps to controls, Proof count, Members, Freshness, Created, and Updated.
Click the Download button in the bottom-right corner to download the file now, or check your email to download it later.
