Note: Hyperproof connects to many third-party systems that frequently change, including the system interface. Contact your System Administrator or the third-party provider for assistance in meeting the requirements for integrating with Hyperproof and collecting the proof you need.
When you create a Hypersync between Hyperproof and ServiceNow, you can automatically collect the following proof types:

ServiceNow proof permissions
To collect proof from ServiceNow, you must have permissions for the following table: sys_user_group.
For the List of Catalog Tasks proof, you must have permissions for the following additional tables: sc_task and sys_choice.
For the List of Incidents proof, you must have permissions for the following additional tables: choices, and incident tables.
For the List of Assets proof, you must have permissions for the following additional tables:
cmdb_model_categorymy_company_assetssys_choice- The account should have one of these rolespersonalize,personalize_choices,personalize_responses,pa_admin, orpd_author.
Connection configuration
Note: Service accounts are recommended for integrations between Hyperproof and other applications. Service accounts are easier for your IT admin to maintain and ensure that your integrations will continue running when individuals change roles or leave the company.
Authentication type: Custom
Custom authentication parameters: Instance, Username, Password
Note: You only need to connect Hyperproof to the app once, and then you can create as many Hypersyncs as you need.
Additionally, you can create multiple Hypersyncs for a single control or label.
Tip: Your ServiceNow Instance is the subdomain of your organization’s ServiceNow URL. For example, in the URL https://lunab.servicenow.com/, lunab is the subdomain.
