Note: Hyperproof connects to many third-party systems that frequently change, including the system interface. Contact your System Administrator or the third-party provider for assistance in meeting the requirements to integrate with Hyperproof and collect the proof you need.
Hyperproof supports collecting information directly from Prisma Cloud. When you configure a Hypersync for Prisma Cloud on controls or labels, you can automatically collect the following proof:

Requirements
To connect to Prisma Cloud and collect proof, your Prisma Cloud configuration must meet the following requirements.
Access Key ID
Secret Access Key
The Access Key ID and Secret Access Key are generated when you create an Access Key. To create an Access Key, in Prisma Cloud, navigate to Access Control > Access Keys. The Access Key is created with Admin rights. No other special permissions are required.
Connection configuration
Note: Service accounts are recommended for integrations between Hyperproof and other applications. Service accounts are easier for your IT admin to maintain and ensure that your integrations will continue running when individuals change roles or leave the company.
When you configure a Hypersync for Prisma Cloud for the first time, you must provide the following information:
Admin Console URL
Access Key ID - Should be in a UUID format.
Secret Access Key
Note: You only need to connect Hyperproof to the app once, and then you can create as many Hypersyncs as you need.
Additionally, you can create multiple Hypersyncs for a single control or label.
